Job Summary
Interpret diagnostic data, collaborate with leadership to drive departmental improvements, and intervene during life-threatening situations. Evaluate intervention effectiveness, implement innovative workflows, and lead clinical activities including coaching, mentoring, hiring, firing, and performance evaluations. Manage staffing, payroll, and productivity while ensuring continuity of care aligned with hospital policies. Communicate with multidisciplinary teams to support patient autonomy and advance health care delivery. Complete other duties as assigned. Requires minimum two years of unit experience, RN licensure, and BLS certification within 14 days of hire.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years experience on current unit or in like setting/specialty area
- RN
- BLS CERTIFICATION WITHIN 14 DAYS OF HIRE
