RN-Head Nurse - ED - Crittenden

Interpret diagnostic data, collaborate with leadership to drive department improvements, and intervene during life-threatening situations. Evaluate intervention effectiveness, implement innovative workflows, and lead clinical activities including coaching, hiring, and performance evaluations. Manage staffing, payroll, and productivity while ensuring continuity of care aligned with hospital goals. Support life-long learning and communicate effectively with colleagues to provide safe, quality patient care. Requires minimum 2 years of unit experience, RN licensure, and BLS certification within 14 days of hire.
