Job Summary
Assess, diagnose, and develop comprehensive care plans for GYN surgical patients while monitoring, documenting, and communicating conditions. Advocate for holistic care by ensuring patient autonomy, dignity, rights, and beliefs are respected. Facilitate learning environments for patient/family education and nursing staff development. Prioritize safety by integrating evidence-based practices and addressing issues to optimize outcomes. Lead teams, delegate tasks appropriately, and collaborate with inter-professional members. Requires one year of GYN medical-surgical experience, Washington RN license, BLS, and NRP certifications. 36-hour weeks in 12-hour shifts.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of one year of medical-surgical experience in GYN
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
- National Provider NRP - American Academy of Pediatrics upon hire
- At least one year of nursing experience
