Casual Med/Surg RN position in a rural Hillsboro, WI hospital. Provide compassionate nursing care and education to patients and families in a collaborative care team. Responsibilities include collaborating with patients, families, and the care team to develop and implement patient-centered plans of care; delivering competent nursing care and education based on patient acuity and clinical judgment; documenting assessments, interventions, patient responses, and plan-of-care updates accurately; participating in quality improvement and evidence-based practice; supporting education of nursing colleagues and students. Requires current Wisconsin RN license, BLS, and ACLS; strong assessment, prioritization, and critical thinking skills; ability to adapt in a rapidly changing environment; and a commitment to patient- and family-centered care, safety, and teamwork. Compensation is based on experience and qualifications with casual incentive pay; scheduling is flexible with a casual, part-time arrangement in a mission-driven rural hospital setting.
