RN - Graduate Nurse Residency, Mercy Hospital South

Utilize the nursing process to provide patient care in Critical Care units while maintaining professional accountability for assigned patients. Coordinate care with other departments and evaluate the effectiveness of care provided by direct care givers. Participate in an 8–16 week hands-on clinical training experience featuring one-on-one mentoring, classroom learning, and structured sessions focused on key skills. Maintain patient rights and confidentiality of information consistent with Mercy Service Standards. Complete Basic Life Support certification within 30 days of hire.
