Job Summary
New Graduate RN Residency Program at Mercy Hospital South in St. Louis, MO. The role supports new graduate nurses through an 8–16 week hands-on clinical training with experienced nurse mentors, one-on-one preceptor support, classroom sessions, and leadership coaching to transition into practicing nurses in Critical Care units (neuro, med-surg ICU, CVICU, cardiac telemetry, and various step-down units). The program emphasizes structured training, clinical confidence, critical thinking, and integration into collaborative care teams, with sign-on bonuses for new graduates and experienced nurses. Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program with ADN, Diploma, or BSN
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Missouri or compact state eligibility
- Basic Life Support (BLS) through the American Heart Association within 30 days of hire
