RN - Graduate Nurse Residency, Mercy Hospital South

Utilize the nursing process to provide patient care in Critical Care units while maintaining professional accountability for assigned patients. Coordinate care with other departments and evaluate the effectiveness of care provided by direct care givers. Participate in an 8–16 week hands-on clinical training experience featuring one-on-one mentoring, classroom learning, and structured sessions focused on key nursing skills. Work alongside experienced nurse mentors and nurse educators in a supportive environment where questions are encouraged. Maintain patient rights and confidentiality of patient information consistent with Mercy Service Standards.
