Job Summary
New Graduate RN Residency program in Critical Care at Mercy Hospital South offering mentorship, hands-on clinical training, and a sign-on bonus. New graduates are supported through an 8–16 week residency with unit mentors, dedicated preceptor support, classroom sessions, and leadership coaching. Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program with one of the following: ADN, Nursing Diploma, or BSN
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Missouri or compact state eligibility
- Basic Life Support (BLS) through the American Heart Association within 30 days of hire
