Utilize the nursing process to provide patient care in Critical Care units while maintaining professional accountability for assigned patients. Evaluate the overall effectiveness of care provided by other direct care givers and coordinate patient care in conjunction with other departments. Maintain patient rights and confidentiality of patient information consistent with Mercy Service Standards. Participate in an 8–16 week hands-on clinical training experience featuring one-on-one mentoring, classroom learning, and leadership guidance from nurse educators. This 8–16 week hands-on clinical training experience provides structured support while you develop practical skills and build clinical confidence.
