RN - Graduate Nurse Residency, Critical Care, Mercy South

Conduct patient care in the Critical Care units at Mercy Hospital South, utilizing the nursing process to evaluate effectiveness and coordinate care across departments. Participate in an 8–16 week hands-on clinical training program featuring one-on-one mentoring, classroom sessions, and structured support from nurse educators to build clinical confidence and critical thinking skills. This role is ideal for new graduate RNs with an ADN, BSN, or nursing diploma, requiring an active Missouri RN license and BLS certification within 30 days.
