RN - Graduate Nurse Residency, Critical Care, Mercy South

Utilize the nursing process to provide patient care in Critical Care units while maintaining professional accountability for assigned patients. Evaluate the effectiveness of care provided by other direct care givers and coordinate patient care in conjunction with other departments. Maintain patient rights and confidentiality of patient information consistent with Mercy Service Standards. Participate in an 8–16 week hands-on clinical training experience featuring one-on-one mentoring, classroom learning, and leadership guidance from nurse educators. This role is part of a comprehensive RN Residency Program designed to help new graduates transition to practicing nurses with confidence.
