RN - Graduate Nurse Residency, Critical Care, Mercy South

Conduct critical care patient care using the nursing process while maintaining professional accountability and evaluating the effectiveness of care provided by other direct care givers. Coordinate patient care across departments and uphold patient rights and confidentiality. Participate in an 8–16 week hands-on clinical training experience featuring one-on-one mentoring, classroom learning, and structured sessions led by nurse educators and unit leaders. Work alongside experienced mentors in Neuro Step Down, Med Surg ICU, CMICU/CVICU, Cardiovascular Step Down, Medical Step Down, Surgical Step Down, Cardiac Telemetry, or Cardiac Telemetry units.
