RN - Graduate Nurse Residency, Critical Care, Mercy South

Utilize the nursing process to provide patient care in Critical Care units while maintaining professional accountability for assigned patients. Coordinate patient care with other departments and evaluate the effectiveness of care provided by direct care givers. Participate in an 8–16 week hands-on clinical training experience featuring one-on-one mentoring, classroom learning, and leadership coaching from nurse educators. Maintain patient rights and confidentiality of information consistent with Mercy Service Standards. Work alongside experienced nurses and collaborative care teams to build clinical confidence and critical thinking skills.
