Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, administer medications, and manage care plans for underserved patients during night shifts. Respond to urgent needs overnight while educating patients and families, coordinating follow-up care, and documenting accurately in the EHR. Uphold infection control and safety standards while modeling dignity, respect, and service within an interdisciplinary, faith-inspired team providing whole-person care across medical, behavioral, and wellness services.
