Job Summary
Surgical/Med Surg RN on the night shift providing patient care on the surgical floor with emphasis on post-op care, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, upholding patient rights and confidentiality. Responsibilities include applying the nursing process to evaluate and coordinate care for adult surgical patients (general, bariatric, total joint, fracture repair, urological procedures) on a 36-hour weekly schedule. Requires graduation from an approved nursing program and an active RN license in the hiring state (BLS certification also required within 30 days of hire). Sign-on bonuses offered for eligible nurses.
Required Qualifications
- Education: Graduate of a school of nursing (Associate's Degree, Diploma, or BSN). Licensure: current RN license in hiring state/compact licensure. Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) as per American Heart Association or within 30 days of hire.
