RN/GN - Neuro Trauma ICU 4E

Utilize the nursing process to provide patient care for complex traumatic injuries, neurologic emergencies, and critical care patients in the Neuro Trauma ICU. Maintain professional accountability for assigned patients, evaluate the effectiveness of care provided by other direct care givers, and coordinate patient care with other departments. Perform duties consistent with Mercy Service Standards while ensuring patient rights and confidentiality are upheld. Requires current RN licensure, Basic Life Support certification, and the ability to lift 50 pounds, stand, and walk for prolonged periods.
