RN/GN - Neuro Trauma ICU 4E

Provide patient care in the Neuro Trauma ICU using the nursing process, evaluating care effectiveness, and coordinating with other departments while maintaining patient confidentiality. Manage complex traumatic injuries, neurologic emergencies, and critical care cases requiring specialized skills. Maintain professional accountability for assigned patients and ensure all duties align with Mercy Service Standards. Requires current RN licensure, BLS certification, and ability to lift 50 pounds, stand, and perform physical tasks.
