RN/GN - Neuro Trauma ICU 4E

Utilize the nursing process to provide patient care for complex traumatic injuries, neurologic emergencies, and critical diagnoses in the Neuro Trauma ICU. Maintain professional accountability for assigned patients and coordinate care with other departments while evaluating the effectiveness of direct care provided by the team. Perform duties consistent with Mercy Service Standards, ensuring patient rights and confidentiality are upheld. Obtain and maintain current RN licensure and Basic Life Support certification. Prepare for physical demands including lifting 50 pounds, prolonged standing, and repetitive movement. Join a specialized team supporting the broader Mercy community through innovation and compassion.
