RN/GN - Neuro Trama Intermediate 6D

Provide patient care for critically ill post-operative trauma, stroke, and medical overflow patients in a 16-bed intermediate ICU. Manage common therapies including lumbar drains, external ventricular drains, antidysrhythmic drips, vasopressors, and high-flow oxygen systems. Coordinate care with other departments and evaluate the effectiveness of care provided by direct care givers. Maintain professional accountability for assigned patients while ensuring patient rights and confidentiality. Requires current RN licensure, BLS certification, and ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for prolonged periods.
