Job Summary
Per Diem/Flex RN position in Mercy Rogers area offering flexible shifts (days/nights) with no weekend/holiday/shift requirement. Pick up 4-, 8-, or 12-hour shifts; locations include Rogers, Berryville, Centerton, and Fort Smith areas. Requires RN licensure in the hiring state (compact acceptable) with minimum 1 shift every 90 days; BSN preferred; BLS/ACLS/PALS as applicable per department (Med Surg, ICU, ED, Women's Health, NICU). Epic experience preferred. W-2 employee; $40/hr base with variable shift incentives; shift availability includes NICU, Medical-Surgical, Stepdown, ICU, ED, Women9s & Children; physical requirements include lifting up to 50 pounds and prolonged standing.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited registered professional nursing program
- Current RN license in hiring state and/or compact licensure
- Experience: minimum 1 year bedside RN in Med Surg; 2 years for ICU and Women's Health specialties
- BLS for Med Surg and Women's Health; ACLS for Critical Care; PALS for Emergency Department
- BSN preferred; Epic experience preferred
