RN GIG - Flex - Per Diem - PRN - Mercy South and Surrounding Communities

Utilize the nursing process to provide patient care while maintaining professional accountability for assigned patients. Coordinate care with other departments and evaluate the effectiveness of care provided by direct caregivers. Maintain patient rights and confidentiality consistent with Mercy Service Standards. Work across Behavioral Health, Emergency, ICU, Medical-Surgical, and Women's Health departments at multiple Mercy locations including St. Louis, Festus, South St. Louis County, Washington, Troy, Perryville, Cape Girardeau, and Dexter. Schedule a minimum of 12 hours every 90 days with 4, 8, or 12-hour shifts available on various days, including weekends and holidays, subject to last-minute cancellation. Earn $40/hour plus variable shift incentives as a W-2 employee. Requires current RN license, one year of Med-Surg experience or two years of specialty experience, and BLS certification (plus ACLS/PALS for ED).
