Job Summary
Conduct patient care using the nursing process across Emergency, ICU, Medical-Surgical, and Labor & Delivery units. Coordinate care with other departments while maintaining patient rights and confidentiality. Obtain and maintain a current compact RN license, ensuring BLS certification for all specialties and ACLS/PALS for ED or Critical Care roles. Participate in the Gig Nursing Program by scheduling minimum hours, remaining available on short notice, and accepting flexible 4, 8, or 12-hour shifts in day or night rotations. Requires one to two years of recent bed-side RN experience depending on specialty, with a BSN preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited registered professional nursing program
- Current compact RN license
- One year of recent bed-side RN experience to work Med Surg
- Minimum of two years of recent bed-side RN experience for ED, ICU, and other specialties
- BLS certification for Med Surg and Women's Health (L&D)
- BLS and ACLS certifications for Critical Care (CC)
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications for Emergency Department (ED)
- Ability to pick up day shift OR night shift
- Responsibility for scheduling a minimum number of hours
- Availability on short notice

- W-2 Employee status
- Minimum of 12 hours worked every 90 days
- 4, 8, or 12 hour shifts available
