Job Summary
Provide patient care across Behavioral Health, Emergency, ICU, medical-surgical, and women's health units using the nursing process while maintaining professional accountability and patient confidentiality. Coordinate care with other departments and evaluate the effectiveness of care provided by direct caregivers. You must be available on short notice, flexible with scheduling, and subject to last-minute shift cancellations, working various shifts including day, night, 4, 8, or 12-hour blocks. Earn $40/hour plus variable incentives, with a requirement to work a minimum of 12 hours every 90 days.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited registered professional nursing program
- Is personally responsible for obtaining, and maintaining, a current RN license within the hiring state and/or compact licensure in which nursing duties are performed and must meet all state board of nursing requirements
- One year of recent bed-side RN experience to work Med Surg
- For all other specialties (ED, ICU, etc.) a minimum of two years of recent specialty specific bed-side RN experience
- Position requires individuals to push, pull, and/or lift 50 pounds on a regular basis
- Position requires prolonged standing and walking each shift
- Position requires the ability to grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat to perform duties
- For Med Surg, Behavioral Health and Women's Health (L&D, NICU, M&B) - BLS
- For Critical Care (CC) - BLS, ACLS
- For Emergency Department (ED) - BLS, ACLS, & PALS
