Job Summary
Provide patient care for outpatients and inpatients undergoing GI endoscopy, colonoscopies, and advanced gallbladder procedures. Utilize the nursing process to evaluate care effectiveness, coordinate patient care with other departments, and maintain patient confidentiality. Perform duties consistent with Mercy Service Standards while ensuring professional accountability. Monday through Friday hours based on department needs.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited registered professional nursing program
- Current RN license within the hiring state and/or compact licensure meeting all state board of nursing requirements
- BLS through American Heart Association
- At least 1 year of RN experience
- Monday- Friday hours based on department needs
