RN - GI Lab Part-time

Job Summary
Utilizes the nursing process to provide patient care in the GI Lab, coordinating with other departments and maintaining patient rights and confidentiality. Responsibilities include evaluating care effectiveness, ensuring quality care for procedures such as colonoscopies and endoscopies, and upholding Mercy Service Standards. Part-time, day-shift RN with 24 hours per week, including 3-4 weekend call rotations per year, one holiday call, and 2-3 late shifts per month; the role involves ongoing collaboration with a collaborative team in a high-volume GI Endoscopy setting.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited registered professional nursing program
- Is personally responsible for obtaining, and maintaining, a current RN license within the hiring state and/or compact licensure
- BLS through American Heart Association
- At least 1 year of RN experience
