Job Summary
Provide patient care in the GI Lab for diagnostic screening and treatments, including colonoscopies, endoscopies, and advanced gallbladder cases. Utilize the nursing process to evaluate care effectiveness and coordinate patient care with other departments while maintaining patient confidentiality. Maintain professional accountability for assigned patients and ensure all duties align with Mercy Service Standards. Requires current RN license, BLS certification, and at least one year of RN experience. Full-time, day shift.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited registered professional nursing program
- Current RN license within the hiring state and/or compact licensure meeting all state board of nursing requirements
- BLS certification through American Heart Association
- At least 1 year of RN experience
