Utilize the nursing process to provide patient care for assigned General Surgery patients under RN supervision, maintaining professional accountability and coordinating care across departments. Maintain patient rights and confidentiality of patient information. Obtain and maintain a current RN license in the hiring state or via compact licensure. Complete Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association within 30 days of hire. Work part-time days from 7:00pm to 7:00am, 24 hours per week, while meeting physical requirements to lift up to 50 lbs and perform prolonged standing and walking.
