RN General Medicine - Immediate Hiring

Registered Nurse in General Medicine on a Multispecialty oncology-focused department. Works under the Nurse Manager/Clinical Coordinator, assesses and plans patient care, implements and evaluates care plans, provides supervision to non-RN staff, and may serve as Charge Nurse and preceptor. Requires expertise in neuro patient care, airway management, tracheostomy suctioning, endotracheal care, Halo brace management, ventilator care, and familiarity with Oncology nursing pathways and the department's Tia teaching program. BSN preferred with BLS; CT RN license noted in posting. The role emphasizes patient-centered care, education, collaborative care planning, discharge planning, and continuous quality improvement on a Neuro/Oncology service line.
