Job Summary
Plan and coordinate patient care, including assessment, education, triage, and nursing interventions. Collaborate with colleagues and physicians to implement and evaluate care plans. Provide empathetic care for patients during preventive services, health maintenance, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up. Demonstrate comprehensive nursing expertise across all stages of the continuum of care. This full-time role at Chamberlain Medical Center, a critical access hospital within Sanford Health, supports a team of over 18,000 nurses. Candidates must hold an unencumbered RN license and graduate from an accredited program, with a Bachelor's degree preferred. The position offers varied 8-hour shifts with generous differentials and an enhanced sign-on bonus for eligible applicants.
Required Qualifications
- Registered nurse (RN)
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program
- Unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing
- Multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state
- Available for varied shifts
