Job Summary
RN – General Medical / Surgery Nursing at Sanford Health (Chamberlain Medical Center) in Chamberlain, SD. Provides comprehensive nursing care across preventive services, health maintenance, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up. Collaborates with physicians and nursing colleagues to plan, implement, and evaluate care; demonstrates nursing expertise with empathy, strong communication, and time management. Responsibilities include patient care coordination, assessment, education, triage, and a range of nursing interventions in a fast-paced setting. Opportunities include varied nursing experiences at a critical access hospital, potential enhanced sign-on bonus, generous shift differentials, and on-the-spot interviews through Walk in Wednesdays. Requires graduation from an accredited nursing program and an active RN license; bachelor’s degree in nursing preferred; licensure (including multistate if applicable) is required. Required Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with theState Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring or multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact state
- Bachelor’s Degree in nursing preferred
