RN - Full Time Weekdays

Utilize the nursing process to provide individualized care for residents in all phases of preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, and treatment. Collaborate with residents, families, and interdisciplinary colleagues to plan, implement, and evaluate care plans. Coordinate care, conduct resident assessments, and deliver resident education while practicing within the full scope of nursing expertise and state standards. Serve as charge nurse to delegate tasks to licensed and unlicensed assistive personnel, ensuring safe administration of care and resolution of service concerns. Maintain competency through required department-specific certifications and adhere to the Nurse Practice Act and American Nurses Association Code of Ethics. Full-time role with 36 weekly hours on 12-hour night shifts, offering a $30,000 sign-on bonus and comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance.
