Job Summary
The RN will assist the Director of Nursing Services in overseeing the health care of children, providing emergency medical oversight, monitoring staff performance, and assisting with health care education and training. The role requires a licensed registered nurse with a Louisiana license and emphasizes interpersonal skills, a strong work ethic, organizational capabilities, and a commitment to health care responsibilities. The RN will work a basic schedule of 40 hours, with FLSA exemption status, and will be involved in maintaining health care systems and infection control.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Registered Nurse with a valid Louisiana license
Desired Qualifications
- Two years of experience preferred in working with an adolescent population
- Strong, positive interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational, teaching, and leadership skills
Additional Requirements
- Must possess a strong sense of personal authority, maturity, and integrity
- Must be willing to work under the supervision of the Director of Health Care Services
