RN - Full Time Straight Nights - LTC

Utilize the nursing process to provide individualized care, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation for residents in all phases of preventative care, health maintenance, and treatment. Collaborate with residents, families, and interdisciplinary colleagues to coordinate care and implement interventions. Serve as charge nurse to delegate tasks to licensed and unlicensed assistive personnel within their scope of competence. Maintain competency in age and population-specific standards and adhere to the Nurse Practice Act and American Nurses Association Code of Ethics. Includes every other weekend and holiday rotation with 12-hour night shifts. Full-time position with a $30,000 sign-on bonus and shift differentials for overnights and weekends.
