Job Summary
Provide individualized, compassionate care as a Registered Nurse in an inpatient rehabilitation setting. Supervise care and treatments, lead patient assessments, tailor care plans, and address patient concerns to support recovery. Collaborate with multiple departments to ensure coordinated care and deliver direct patient care when needed. Serve as a resource for fellow staff, celebrate patient milestones, and contribute to positive outcomes using advanced technology. CPR certification required; ACLS and CRRN preferred; RN licensure required by state. One year of rehabilitation hospital experience is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN licensure as required by state regulations
- CPR certification (ACLS preferred)
- CRRN certification preferred
- One year of experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting is preferred
