Job Summary
Provide direct patient care as an RN in an inpatient rehabilitation setting. Supervise care and treatments, lead patient assessments, tailor care plans, and address patient concerns to facilitate recovery. Collaborate with various departments to ensure coordinated care and provide direct patient care when needed. Serve as a resource for fellow staff, supporting patients and families through rehabilitation milestones and recovery. Utilizes compassionate, individualized care and engages patients and families to support healing within an environment equipped with advanced technology.
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN licensure as required by state regulations
