Job Summary
Overnight, full-time LPN role in long-term care delivering professional nursing care under supervision. 12-hour night shifts with every other weekend and holiday rotation. $32.50+/hour starting wage with a $30,000 sign-on bonus and comprehensive benefits (medical, dental, vision). Responsibilities include administering medications/treatments as ordered, conducting resident assessments, documenting outcomes, contributing to care plans, ensuring resident safety and comfort, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team. Requires graduation from an accredited practical nursing program and an unencumbered LPN license; an associate degree is preferred. Additional role details include supervision under a nurse or physician, ongoing continuing education, and adherence to confidentiality and resident education principles.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program as a Licensed Practical Nurse
- Current unencumbered LPN license
- Experience/education prerequisites may include IV therapy knowledge in North Dakota as applicable
- Associate degree in practical nursing is preferred
