Job Summary
Full-time Overnight LPN/LPN-adjacent role in a not-for-profit long-term care facility. Provides professional nursing care to residents under supervision, administers medications and treatments, assists in care planning, documents care outcomes, supports residents’ education and self-care goals, and collaborates with an interdisciplinary team. The role requires 12-hour night shifts, every other weekend/holiday rotation, and eligibility for benefits; includes shift differentials for overnights and weekends and a $30,000 sign-on bonus. Live in Larimore, ND, with an emphasis on compassionate care within a Christian environment, and opportunities for professional growth within a long-term care setting.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in North Dakota
- Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program
- Experience and/or clinical hours as LPN (minimum 400 hours at another facility may be required)
- IV therapy/management competency as applicable in ND
- Unencumbered LPN license and ability to obtain required competencies and certifications
- Ability to perform nursing duties in a long-term care setting and collaborate within an interdisciplinary care team
