Job Summary
Overnight, full-time LPN/RN role in a long-term care facility providing professional nursing care, medication administration, and care planning for residents. Works within an interdisciplinary team to assess residents, document care and outcomes, and support resident education. Role includes 12-hour night shifts, every other weekend and holiday rotation, with shift differentials for overnights and weekends, and eligibility for health benefits; includes a $30,000 sign-on bonus and opportunities for CEU and ongoing training in a Christian, not-for-profit LTC setting.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program
- Unencumbered LPN license with State Nursing board and/or multi-state licensure privileges
- Minimum of 400 hours of clinical experience as LPN or supervised clinical experience across lifespan
- IV therapy/management course or IV therapy credential if required by North Dakota Board of Nursing
- Proof of continuing education as required by department and facility
