Job Summary
Full-time Overnight Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) providing professional nursing care in a long-term care setting under supervision, administering medications and treatments, documenting resident care outcomes, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team. Position supports 12-hour night shifts with every other weekend and holiday rotation; offers benefits (health, dental, vision) and a $30,000 sign-on bonus. Requires graduation from an accredited practical nursing program, an unencumbered LPN license (state or multi-state), and adherence to facility competency and continuing education requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program
- Unencumbered LPN license with State Nursing board and/or multi-state licensure privileges
- LPN license in North Dakota
- IV therapy/management skills (North Dakota requirement) or completion of an IV Therapy course approved by the North Dakota Board of Nursing
- Minimum of 400 hours of clinical experience as LPN or equivalent
- Ability to obtain and maintain department-specific competencies and certifications
- Continuing education units (CEU) and competency training requirements
