Job Summary
Full-time overnight LPN in long-term care providing nursing care under supervision, with 12-hour shifts, every other weekend/holiday rotation, and a $30,000 sign-on bonus. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision; shift differentials for overnights/weekends; on-site responsibilities include medication administration, charting, resident assessment, and collaboration within an interdisciplinary care team.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program
- Possess an unencumbered Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license with State Nursing board and/or possess multi-state licensure privileges
- Associate degree in practical nursing preferred
- IV therapy/management skills (ND): graduation from a Board approved AASPN program where IV therapy is part of the curriculum or completion of an IV Therapy course approved by North Dakota Board of Nursing
- Minimum of 400 hours of experience as LPN at another facility or supervised clinical experience across the lifespan as part of pre-licensure program
- Annual continuing education units (CEU) and competency training requirements
