Job Summary
Registered Nurse for Full-Time Night shift in an ER/Urgent Care setting at Baptist Health Sellersburg. Responsible for direct comprehensive nursing care from admission to discharge, functioning as an on-shift team member to meet patient, family, and co-worker needs in a hybrid emergency room/urgent care environment with on-site imaging and laboratory services. Requires RN license (Indiana or compact), BLS, PALS and ACLS within specified timelines, NIH Stroke Scale certification within 10 weeks, and ER experience preferred. 7P-7A schedule; organization emphasizes clinical excellence, teamwork, and innovation in a large health system with Magnet or Pathway to Excellence designation.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of approved nursing program
- Current Indiana or compact state RN license
- BLS for Healthcare Provider
- PALS required within 12 months of hire
- ACLS required within 12 months of hire
- NIH Stroke Scale Certification required within 10 weeks of hire
