RN Full Time - Med/Surg 9T

Assess patients accurately based on medical conditions and administer prescribed medications. Provide care appropriate to patient condition and age, including basic self-care activities, while formulating teaching plans for patients and families. Collaborate with physicians, leadership, and multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes and assist with procedures requiring technical skills. Identify and address psychosocial needs, communicate with social services regarding discharge planning, and prioritize care effectively. Promote patient safety, demonstrate cost-effective practices, and assume lifelong learning related to the nursing profession. Full-time employment requires RN licensure and BLS certification within 14 days of hire.
