Job Summary
Registered Nurse (RN) in a full-time FLEX role providing individualized nursing care across all care phases in a not-for-profit senior housing and services facility. Utilizes the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation) and collaborates with residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams to plan, implement, and evaluate care. May serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks to licensed and unlicensed personnel, ensuring safe, reliable administration of resident care. Requires a nursing degree from an accredited program ( BSN preferred) and an active RN license; supports ongoing professional development and a benefits-rich environment with shift differentials, flexible scheduling, time-off, and education assistance.
