Job Summary
The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for using the nursing process to provide individualized care to residents across all phases of preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis and treatment. Collaborates with residents, families, and an inter-disciplinary team to plan, implement, and evaluate care. May serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks to licensed and unlicensed personnel to ensure safe and reliable administration of resident care. Practices within the Nurse Practice Act and standards of nursing practice; participates in resident assessment, education, and care coordination across shifts and environments in a FLEX, full-time role.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program (CCNE, ACEN, NLN CNEA) with Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing or multistate licensure if in an NLC state
- Maintains required department-specific competencies and certifications
