Job Summary
The RN provides individualized nursing care to residents using the nursing process across all phases of preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, and treatment. Collaborates with residents, families, and an inter-disciplinary team to plan, implement, and evaluate care. May serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks to licensed and unlicensed personnel within scope. Roles include coordinating care, resident assessment and education, and ensuring safe, reliable administration of care. FLEX position requires availability for all shifts (days/evenings/overnights) with FLEX premium differential and shift differentials; full-time 40 hours/week with benefits and opportunities for advancement.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred, including, but not limited to, CCNE, ACEN, NLN CNEA. Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred.
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where practice occurs and/or multistate licensure if in an NLC state.
- Obtains and maintains required department specific competencies and certifications.
