Job Summary
Registered Nurse (RN) for a full-time FLEX position at Good Samaritan LTC in Battle Lake, MN. Provides individualized nursing care to residents using the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation and evaluation). Collaborates with residents, families, and an inter-disciplinary team to plan, implement, and evaluate care. Cares for residents across preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, and treatment; may serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks to licensed and unlicensed personnel as appropriate. Must practice within the state Nurse Practice Act and professional standards; licensure requirements and continuing education apply. Eligible for various benefits and schedule variety with FLEX Premium and shift differentials.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred, including CCNE/ACEN/NLN CNEA; Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred; Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing (or multistate license in NLC state). Obtains and maintains required department competencies and certifications.
