Job Summary
Registered Nurse (RN) in a FLEX full-time role at a not-for-profit senior housing/healthcare facility. Provides individualized nursing care using the nursing process across all phases of preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, and treatment. Coordinates care with residents, families, and interdisciplinary colleagues; may serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks to licensed and unlicensed personnel. Requires an active RN license in the practice state; bachelor's degree is preferred. Flexible shifts include days, evenings, overnights with a FLEX premium and shift differentials; benefits include health/dental/vision, 401(k), PTO, tuition assistance, and advancement opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred
- Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice is occurring
- multistate licensure if in an NLC state
- Obtains and maintains required department specific competencies and certifications
