Job Summary
The Registered Nurse (RN) provides individualized nursing care to residents across all phases of preventive care, health maintenance, diagnosis, and treatment. Collaborates with residents, families, and an interdisciplinary team to plan, implement, and evaluate care. Demonstrates competency within the full scope of nursing practice and adheres to applicable standards and ethics. May serve as charge nurse and delegate appropriate tasks to licensed and unlicensed personnel. Requires availability across ALL shifts (Days/Evenings/Nights) with FLEX scheduling and a FLEX premium. Required Qualifications
- Registered Nurse (RN) license in state of practice
- Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred; CCNE/ACEN/NLN CNEA accreditation preferred
