Job Summary
Registered Nurse delivers nursing care to residents in a long-term care facility, using the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation) to provide individualized care. Collaborates with residents and families and an interdisciplinary team to plan, implement, and evaluate care. Cares for residents across preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, and treatment. May serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks to licensed and unlicensed personnel as appropriate. Requires RN licensure and the ability to meet department competencies and certifications. Education preferred: Bachelor's in nursing; CCNE/ACEN/NLN CNEA accreditation programs mentioned. Schedule is FLEX with ALL shifts (Days/Evenings/Overnights); 40 hours weekly; 8-hour shifts with shift differentials and FLEX premium. Required Qualifications
- Current RN license in Minnesota or compact state (NLC)
