Job Summary
Provide individualized nursing care to residents using the nursing process across all phases of care (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation). Collaborates with residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams to plan and evaluate care; may serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks to licensed and unlicensed personnel. Requires RN licensure, ability to practice in MN with applicable certifications, and commitment to a not-for-profit, Christian environment. Responsibilities span preventive care, health maintenance, diagnosis, and treatment, with duties including care coordination, resident education, and adherence to applicable nursing standards and ethics.
Required Qualifications
- Unencumbered RN license in the state where practice occurs
- Current ability to obtain required department-specific competencies and certifications
